Best junior stocks and shares ISA

What is the best junior stocks and shares ISA? We have a normal juniors ISA already. Thanks.

Best in what way eg platform or actual investment.
We use hargreve but that's partly laziness and I like the app. Within that we use vanguard stuff

We use HL because that’s who my investments are with. If I were starting again I’d probably look at Interactive Investor- fees are lower.

Id just go for a global tracker.

There are some 5.9% fixed rate ISAs about at the moment. Depends if you want the risk of a cash v a S&S ISA.

I just opened one with Wealthify just because there are no fees for the first year and I want to manage it via an app. A lot you have to manage via the post or in branch. I mean...what? May move after a year. Looked at vanguard but don't know enough to pick my own investments (stocks and shares isa)
