How to afford to live?

My DS(32) lives at home with my parents.
She's moved out several times with boyfriends and then come back home.

Parents are obsessed with her buying a house, DS doesn't earn enough to get a mortgage. Rent is very expensive where they live (Home Counties easy journey into London).

I think she needs to look at a cheaper area but she's got no motivation to do this and it's moving away from all her friends.

She's got a cushy arrangement currently as pays minimal rent, no bills. Parents even pay for her car. My worry is they are not helping her by doing this as she's never had to take responsibility for herself. She can't live with them forever.

Equally she can't afford rents where she is only a house share.

Not sure what the answer is

Hmm sounds harsh so in the kindest way- it's not really your issue is it?

What exactly is the issue do you feel she gets more than you?
