How can I make money on the side 🤔

I am wanting to bring in some extra cash and very willing to do extra work to do that but I’m in a really annoying situation which makes it hard.

So about me

• I work full time but irregular hours. Some days, some evenings, some weekends.
• Qualified teacher but not teaching currently. I am able to do supply BUT only for the next year because otherwise my NQT deadline will time out, so I need other options. No I am not going back to finish my NQT!
• I used to work as a writer. Happy to write freelance but I don’t know how to find this work.

Any ideas would be fab. I’m ok to do pretty much most things - I’ve wiped bums etc for a living before and I’m not bothered by it. The main problem I have is irregular hours so needs to be something ad hoc or freelance.

I use Streetbees and get a couple of pounds most days,usually completing stories about my cat,shopping,what I am cooking for tea etc.I quite enjoy it and the pounds add up over the month.

Could you do any copywriting on the side? Or online tutoring. Also look into doing research for tv.

Sell unwanted items on vinted/eBay.
I'm also a teacher and sell worksheets and powerpoints on TES. I make approximately £10 a month as passive income. You can make more on there but I don't put much effort into it!

Register on Fiverr and Upwork as a copywriter for quick wins then:

Create a package to sell to small businesses eg Website copy refresh £199 where you take their existing copy and make it better and do it remotely at a time to suit them and post about it on LinkedIn, on instagram and in Facebook groups for small businesses and online entrepreneurs.
