NHS Scotland pay rise

Do NHS Scotland staff on AfC gets annual pay rise? I know 2022-23 and 2023-24 both had pay rises but historically do we get a pay rise every year? If so is it likely we get another rise for 2024-25.

There's been a rise every year but it was stuck on 1% for many years. The past few years have seen bigger rises and I don't think the unions would settle for anything less than inflation next year, so I imagine there will be a rise, how much remains to be seen
