Can anyone explain how the vitality car insurance cash back works? You can earn up to 25% cash back for good driving
I have been an EXCELLENT driver for weeks now and I'm still to earn a 'good' day.
When I searched their criteria, the policy states you shouldn't use your phone whilst driving, and if you do then you'll be penalised.
So my question is... how does the app know if I've started the engine or not? Right now I am sat in my car with the engine off, stationary in a car park space. I'm using my phone. I think I am being penalised for this as the red light on the little white box is flashing.
When driving, my phone is always tucked away in the middle pocket so it's not moving not or display.
It also monitors breaking, speed, turning corners etc.
I've been extra careful in speeds, acceleration, breaking etc and still haven't earned a single point!
Anyone have any good stories to share about how to earn points?
