Balance Transfer on credit card Question

I have just taken a credit card with 0% on it for so many months. Am going to transfer an amount from my current credit card so can actually pay decent amount off!

Does the transfer count as a monthly payment on my current credit card?

It does count as a monthly repayment so you could use the transfer as a payment rather than make a payment that month. Why not transfer it all over then you can has 0% on you full balance?

Yes it does count but I'd do as AandMsmum says - pay it off with the 0% and remember to make a note when the deal runs out so can you move it on again if necessary.

Thank you! They didn't give me a large enough balance on the new one but am hoping in a few months I will be able to increase it to transfer more.
