Hi, I'm (now a high income married guy). During the pandemic, I suffered a lot of mental anxiety as I was out of work and struggled to find something. I always paid my rent though, (and have a LL reference for the last 8 years). The 2 CCJ's were for defunct credit cards. I buried my head at the time due to the mental issues (no excuse, I know). I now earn a lot of money every month and have saved 6 months to pay upfront (can't get a guarantor as my father is 78 (owns his own property worth about a mil, but I don't think that matters).
We haven't been able to get over the ccjs as the agents can't see past them. Really not sure what to do. Obviously every house has options that don't have these kinds of issues so really feeling lost.
Our LL section 21 us as he needs the property back... That was in November so pretty sure his patient is going to run out so only a matter of time before the notice to go to court comes through, terrified that my family will end up on the street
