Hi, I ordered some jewellery online at beginning of November but it never arrived. I assumed delay was due to postal strike. I have sent a message to the retailer via their website and included a copy of my receipt and contact details but have never had a reply. The total cost was only £40 but I am not swimming in money and I feel so annoyed that they haven't even responded. I did check with royal mail, etc (who were really helpful but no record of undelivered parcel at sorting office). Is there anything else I can do or should I just get over myself and forget it? Thanks!
