WFH credit on tax return

I had to work from home for my PAYE job during the pandemic for 2020-21 and 2021-2022 tax year. I didn’t claim the tax back through PAYE, and I now have to fill out a tax return for rental income. Does anyone know how to do this via the return?

For 2021/22, you need to declare it in other expenses under the section relating to your PAYE employment. It isn't very obvious - I added a comment to the box to explain it was a claim for work from home expenses.

Not sure how you deal with the claim for 2020/21 though.
