The saga continues. I am still waiting for a cheque to be sent from Pabo the internet/mail order cat. Its over £50 as i order and then returned some jeans which were awful quality.
I have chased and chased them for the money but still nothing. What can i do now. They know they have to pay and have already sent a wrong cheque out but its been going on since october.
Are there any safety rules/guarantees about paying with cheques that i can inforce?
