Sold tickets through O2 app- now what?

Hi! Any advice would be helpful.

I bought some tickets for a gig. Downloaded the O2 app and stared a new account. Could see my tickets, all fine.

One of us is I'll and can't go. So I went back through the app and clicked on sell tickets. Went within an hour. Fine. However I didn't put any account details in- they didn't ask me for an account.

I believe the O2 app, linked us to AXS to sell the tickets. So I'm waiting for a live chat to get through- but in the mean time- do you think the refund will go back on the card I paid with? How do they know which card? Really panicking now as it was £300 plus.

Did you find out how to get your money back? The same thing has happened to me!

I'm about to sell some tickets through the app and the info on the support.axs.com page says that you need to register your payment details by going into 'your account' then 'selling info' in the UK section (assuming that's where you are), 'click on account' type and select either bank account or PayPal

I’ve just gone through this when I resold tickets last month. I could see the money on the AXS app but nothing in my account. I had to go on the AXS website and find the page where you add a bank account. Around 15 days later, the money went into my bank account (not credit card though)z I had no idea I had to do all this as it doesn’t really say it. Husband told me when I started moaning that the money wasn’t back on my credit card. Good luck x
