Mortgage fixed rate coming to an end... what to do next?

Our 5 year fixed rate is coming to an end next spring so we're having to think about what to do next. Is anyone else in the same position? Would you lock in for another 2,3 or 5 year fixed rate? It's such bad timing for us as it looks like we'll have to find another £600 a month to continue paying off our mortgage. Anyone got a crystal ball...?

Contact an independent mortgage advisor as soon as you can.

In your position I'd get a tracker tbh.

I think - and ecomomists predict - a further couple of rate rises (4%) then a gradual reduction.

Contact a broker. London and country ate very good and I've used them.

Thank you. We have an apt booked for next week.
