Thank you, that's the one. It's because I'm on a low income and tax credits. I thought it was for disabled/pensioners so a pleasant surprise.

What supplier are you with?
And England & Wales or Scotland? (they are different schemes)

Just checked mine (Shell, England) Utility but not showing.
It is dependent on various benefits AND a criteria surrounding expensive to heat properties - so not sure if I'll get it or not.

They wrote me a letter. Will mean I won't have to pay my bill this month, or only a minimal amount.

Letters are going out between now and mid January.

You can also call the government Warm Home Discount phone line on 0800 731 0214 between 14 November 2022 and 31 March 2023 to ask if you qualify, if you don't want to potentially wait months to find out by post.

I got a letter today saying I qualified, did not expect it at all

Got my letter today, wasn't sure i'd get it as i'm not the homeowner, but do pay the energy bills, certainly a relief.
