I wondered if anyone has any experience of this as the guidance isn't clear.
Original flight was cancelled due to 'technical issues' when I was already at the airport. It was badged as an 'overnight delay' but I was sent a new booking email with a new flight number for the following day, 17 hours after my original departure time.
The replacement flight was then four hours late departing. No reason was given.
Would this count as a single claim or two, one per flight number?
