I wondered if anyone had experience if this. My exh has agreed to pay half of dc's food and clothing etc every month as an alternative to set monthly payments. This amount will fluctuate from month to month. Will this cause an issue for universal credit? My understanding is that maintenance payments don't affect universal credit but I know they are usually a regular amount.
