Claiming back from HMRC for enforced working from home

Has anyone successfully claimed money back from the HMRC for enforced working from home during Covid? If so, can you let me know how you did this please?

Its an online claim form but its only a very small amount.

Yes I did. Very easy to do online. It's not mega bucks but every penny counts especially now.
