Bit of a long story here...

Changed to British gas in sept for electric and gas....npower sent final bill a few weeks later,all done and dusted.
Final electricity bill never arrived,so rang them,said bill would be sent out please allow 28 days.Which i did, nothing came. Rang em back, you'll receive it in 7 days days never came.Finally after weeks and weeks off phoning them found out what the problem was...its because i gave them an actual reading taken on the day with changed over to, and british gas were telling them an estimated reading.
It is now the end of Jan, and still no correspondance( was told both of the suppliers needed to come to an agreement on the readings. British gas said to let it be, and it will be sorted,..which it hasnt!Everytime i ring each company i get another person who doesnt know whats happening!
All i want is the final bill fgs, british gas wont let me put my electric on direct debit because of this.
Does anyone know who i can speak to now? Also, now where do i stand now the prices have gone up?If they had sent the bill in the first place it wopuld be lower, but am i liable to pay the new increased price for electric?
Ive sent numerous complaints to npower!

ofgem.gov.uk - think its a regulatory body, makes sure all suppliers stick to rules etc
