Saw previous thread was full, so started this one ! Thread 73, who would have thought . So much has changed over the years of these MLM threads but it is interesting that some stalwarts are still going, many thousands of victims in their wakes.

The MLM industry is counting the cost of a more awakened population who can now see through this scam industry, although there are still the serial bots who believe they fail because they 'didn't try hard enough' rather than understanding that the business model set them up to fail, and join countless MLMs in a desperate attempt to find success .

So castle is selling her motor home as it’s right hand drive and her husband couldn’t manage to drive it in Spain, she couldn’t be bothered to change the plates and they couldn’t park it at their house in Spain (50m away instead)

Hi @Ladiva1971 I have done intermittant fasting for seven years and it is pretty easy. To sum up, I miss breakfast. That's it. My first meal is lunch, then dinner later. I don't fear natural animal fats, but do limit some carbs and all ultra processed foods and focus instead on high nutrition density. In short, I stopped emotional eating (sugar and carb addict). It is a habit now. Its not for everyone but it works for me. I believe there are some great low carb and keto threads here.

Nope Yawn , I think you're getting a bit confused. What you've described is what it's like on an MLM treadmill/hamster wheel ..... you can't afford to slow down and take your foot off the gas for a moment because your upline will be on your back and your "biznis" will all come crashing down around you.

Yawn is also stating she is a size 10.
Yawn is tall. To be a size 10 she would have to be really skinny,
