I traded in my car 6 months ago for a better model, from a proper dealership. It was a second hand car but only 2 years old. IV had nothing but trouble with this car and it's now been in the garage the last 2 weeks as the dealership have said it needs a new gearbox and they need to go though the warranty.
Wondered if anyone else has gone through similar and what the out come was. I feel like I just want my money back but not sure what my rights are.
