Nationwide transfer query- aka where’s my cash?

Yesterday morning I transferred £100 cash to my linked nationwide savings account.

a few hours later in the app there was a message saying that there was a delay in transfers.

however, the message disappeared by yesterday afternoon and my £100 is still AWOL. anyone else having trouble with N/W?

There's something (I'm with NW too) about how if it's done after 2.30pm, it'll show as it's taken out but won't show as gone into your other account. Was it before or after 2.30pm?

I did it about 5am and don’t even remember doing it 😳, but it was the same time I paid another bill so highly likely I did - and the account numbers match up. It’s usually instantaneous though so gawd knows where it is.

Ignore me. I’m a spanner, it had gone through and updated the balance, but the actual transaction IN to the savings account only showed this morning. 😳 I apologise for being ridiculous.
