Fixed term account for (grown up) children

Is it possible to open an ISA or a Trust Fund for children, 2 over 18 and 1 under 18 in their name? I want to stash a sum for them for e.g. 2 years fixed and them to be able to access it then.

No for over 18s for it to be in their names they must open it. It also gives them control of the money

Thanks. I thought that might be the case.
