Just that really. I’m weighing up whether to sell or whether it’s better to wait for a year or two. I could probably sell my place quite easily, and values are still quite high here, but there’s very little on the market.
I don’t desperately need to move, but I’d like more space (tempted to have a lodger for extra income) and my dd could be a bit closer to school.
All seems so uncertain right now.
