coddy "really likes upsetting people" what utter rubbish

alicatsg · 26/11/2004 16:42

oh good grief - this is the prob with this here interweb - its too easy to read too much tone of voice into each other's posts.

FWIW I'd hate to see anyone leave mumsnet because of an exchange of views - surely thats part of the point of this place?

SoupDragon · 26/11/2004 16:54

Oh FFS "I think Coddy really likes upsetting people". She was just standing up to a rude post about PPH.

iota · 26/11/2004 17:41

Coddy DOES like upsetting people.....especially vegetarians or mothers of girls, or chairpeople of Parents Associations

BTW this is a comdey non-serious post

Easy · 26/11/2004 17:46

Oh come on....
We have all seen coddy stir up sometimes. I know she had a go at me, and I've seen her do it to others. I know sometimes it's meant in fun, occasionally doesn't come out that way (but then we can't read tone of voice here).

My comment was made in light-hearted tone anyway (as in the 'quiet word, come closer' bit.)

Anyway there you go. I said it as I saw it (just like you say coddy does )

Off to get ready for dining out now. Night all.
