Hello!

Seriously thinking of doing this - just wondered if anyone else has had any luck with reclaiming their charges with lloyds tsb?
Thanks

At the moment banks are repaying or investigating any claims until a test case has been heard and decided upon.
The test case started Monday and it could take many months even years to be settled. Keep an eye on the press, or www.moneysavingexpert.co.uk for any uptodate news on it.

Thanks - I did look there first, but they are still recommending that you start the ball rolling?

I did it last year, got £2500 back plus all my costs because they let me do all the court stuff and settled at the very last minute, but they did give me the full amount
