Council tax band appeal

I applied for a council tax band review (to lower it!), it was refused.

I have an appeal hearing coming up. Has anyone done this successfully? any advice please? Do I need to prep?

It's very out of line with all the comparable properties. The original decision didn't agree they were comparable.

I guess a start would be to list how the are comparable .. then go into further detail? Have they said why/what makes yours is higher? I’d ask for specific information about what puts your property into a higher band.
