UC and 3 payments - can someone help me to understand?

Hi everyone,
I am on UC and my husband recently changed his job and now is paid every two weeks. It looks like this month we won't be entitled to any UC payment as he earned too much (he got 3 salaries during the same UC period).
I'm still waiting for my statement but I'm just worrying for two things :
1.Do I need to apply for UC AGAIN next month and do I need to wait 5-6 weeks like first time ? As I believe they'll remove me from UC because I'm not eligible
2.How I need to pay back advanced payment? They used to take it from my UC

Thank you very much for your help, I'm quite new on UC so still lost.... I tried to leave messages on my journal but the didn't respond....

Hi. We switched to UC early last year. Both my DH and myself are paid weekly and because some months have 5 weeks instead of 4, it show that we are paid more for that period. Some months we are received nothing at all but we have never had to reapply. They just calculate as normal next month. They calculate ours from the 7th - the 7th of the next month. If you check how many pay dates are in between that month, you can estimate weather you need to put some money aside (which is what we do)

I do hope that made some sense Confused

And yes, the advance repayments just come out if your UC. The months when we receive nothing, it doesn't get paid.

Thank you very much, yes, we already checked that there will be two months this year without UC payment...
