Sold tickets worth £400 for O2 (we had hedged bets around A level dates and bought for two dates). After battling through interminable re-signing up processes with AXS, I now can’t add my bank account details because it keeps returning an error message ‘IBAN field empty’.
There is no field labelled IBAN and the only box I am not filling in is one headed ‘building society account’.
The FAQs don’t cover and I am 99th in queue for chat bot. Anyone worked their way through this?
