LTV 75.6% - remortgage with existing lender; change valuation?

Given it is so close to the next LTV tier thought I would ask the question. The valuation appears to be a whatever they have on the system would they somehow reassess valuation if I call them? I'm not proposing a full revalue...just someone human to take a quick look/reassess from the banks side

Do you have any savings that you could use to pay off the 0.6% once you remortgage? Definitely try calling, you've got nothing to lose!

Yes that would work. Was also checking to see if anyone had experience that the bank would move the valuation thus avoiding having to dip into savings....the rate change is not mega...only 0.05pc but every little helps...
