Has anyone had this?
Every year I have the same problem. I have to declare my pension contributions separately so every renewal my payments always drop incorrectly. It normally takes up to November to finalise with my actual income and not the higher amount.
Anyway, I've just checked my app and it's saying my renewal is finalised. This is the quickest it has ever been done. But im confused as my payments haven't changed and are still showing to lower amount to take into account the overpayment from last year, (which is incorrect as now my pension contributions have been deducted there is no overpayment due).
Is there normally a delay in the app updating? I'm certain the lower future payments are incorrect. I've calculated my award based on the figures they sent me for this yewr and they are quite abit lower than they should be.
