I am wondering what problem one could have if the login details sent in the post by bank is not working & one still can't log in.
Can the bank branch help reset login details? (I guessones will need ID- but no passport as it is expired 🤦🏽♀️🙄 & no driving licence because ones does not drive for medical rwasons)
Or one is got to wait for another login details to be sent by the bank?

If how one details with being btw addresses. My friend sold her house and the house she was to buy fell through (sellers decided not to sell) and she's in Airbnb for a while now while trying to buy another house. She got her old address on all her papers with redirection to a family member’s home. She is not told the bank she's moved because she hasn't got an address yet & she does want to have proof of address if and when needed (she is getting all letters through redirection). What do banks do if she decides to tell them the situation? Insist she removes her previous address from their record?
