Universal credit migration

Has anyone actually had a letter about their tax credits ending and having to apply for universal credit? It's horrible not knowing when to expect the letter. I thought we would have until 2024 before needing to worry but now I've read that it's started up again and they want it completed by 2024.

Also worried as have an overpayment with tax credits than if not eligible for UC for whatever reason (e.g. one month self employment kicks us off it) they will ask for all that back at once...or for repayments etc which will be tricky with the cost of living etc. argh

Very worried, we are a disabled family and the UC system isn't set up for families with disabilities.
