We asked to stop payments for child benefit in September 2021. They stopped payments in September 2021. Have received a letter asking for more info about my childs place in Uni. Not sure why they are still writing to me now. I thought all communication with the child benefit would stop (we were earning over the threshold and were faced with the Gov asking for the money to be paid back through tax code). I tried calling them today, but gave up after an hour on hold. Any advice would appreciated.
