Does anyone know if the Kickstarter Scheme is being replaced?

Does anyone have any knowledge on whether the kickstarter scheme that enabled businesses to take on a young adult funded by the government is being replaced by another scheme?

Ah ok, online the applications seem to have closed but I'd love to know if they plan to bring it back at all or re start something similar. As a small start up I'm looking for support and any little helps
