Hello, just wondering if I could have some advice.

I have a clear score credit score of 755, I have just paid off my very account (£85 balance previously) and my credit card (£389 balance previously) but I have been told doing this is going to negatively impact my credit score.. was this the right thing to do! I was fed up of monthly direct debits coming out Sad

For context, I am 22 I had the credit card and very account for clothes lol...

Who told you it will negatively impact your score? That’s nonsense. The best way to increase your score though is to show regular repayments so spend a small amount each month and repay it in full each month.
