Does anyone know how I go about finding a solicitor who specialises in landlords rights in a residential letting situation. Preferably in Leeds/Wakefield/Castleford area.

Look at the website for the Law Society, and there will be a search facility for specialist solicitors in your area.

Thanks Blu, have searched, located and spoken to someone who thinks he can help. Thank goodness, I feel like a weight has been lifted already. (thats before the bills come in).
