We booked a week away at Easter in uk with air B and B . We chose the place with free cancellation , unfortunately we had to cancel as family member I'll so requested refund . Air B and B are stalling , can't speak to anyone , they only sending emails with long gaps in between saying engineers are looking into it , why do they need an engineer ? , they are being very avoidant and vague , we've had a horrible time during covid and need this money badly . Any ideas ?
