How much is everyone spending on gas and electric per day recently?

On electric £3.50 per day. Pre pay meter. I don’t have gas but OFCH. Ive just ordered 500 litres of oil and expect it to be about £245. That should last me 3 months over the winter. I hope. So oil = about £2.70 per day. Total £6.20 per day.

I don’t know. As it’s cold, I expect we are using more than usual.

My bill shows that for a 29 day period last month we used 501kWh in electricity and that cost £86.99 so around £3 per day. We also paid £38.80 in gas

£5.30 per day last month which was the first month with the heating on.

Over double the previous month.

As others about £3.50 a day but expecting this to nearly double next month as our cheap energy fix finishes tomorrow.

Sorry that’s gas and electric at the moment - electric alone varies between £1.75 and £2 a day

Apparently we spent £170 on electricity last month 😱 it did include 2 weeks where we were both home all day with Covid but somewhat shocked to put it mildly. We don’t have a tumbler, don’t run the washer or dishwasher every day.

Last month I spent £51.25 on electric not sure about gas as haven’t added it up yet but when I was doing a rough estimate it was about £18.

Last bill on new, higher tariff works out at electric being around £1.50 a day. We don’t have a tumbler dryer or dishwasher, so that helps. Our gas is another matter entirely (end terrace, poorly insulated if at all), approx £2.40 a day, due to rise with the colder weather!
