Persuaded to change to JL home insurance with the promise of an e-gift card, they tell you in big print it will be issued within 90 days of the policy starting. In the much smaller print, you have to register a load of details within 28 days to qualify. Which I missed. Entirely my own fault but I just wondered if anyone else had experienced the same (or warn anyone thinking about taking out their insurance)?
