Long story but couple months ago I signed the financial agreement to pay out my ex husband x amount of £'s but due to illness (had quite a major surgery 8 & bad credit I couldnt raise the full amount so 2 weeks ago it was agreed I would pay x amount & a letter was sent to my solicitor agreeing this matter now ex DH has pulled out & has rang me to tell me & said that the house has to be sold & due to the delay in recieveing payment (due to my illness a few months ago) and also that I am now responsable for his solicitors cost. Cant get hold of my solicitor today so wondered if anyone can help with some advice.As after months of being ill I have just got right.And really dont want to be stressed with this so close to xmas.
