I ordered a pair of jeans and a dvd from a mail order company back in aug. This was my first order and my last with this comapny.

The jeans arrived and they were so small and had a line down the backside. Not happy with them so i sent them back. The dvd arrived a few weeks later again not happy as it didnt have sound.

I called and said that i was waiting for the money and that the dvd did not work. The say that they would send a new one - it didnt arrive so i called again and they said it was out of order and they would send my money back.

I called twice since to ask for money allowing enough time in between.

The last time i called i asked to speak to a superviser/manager they wouldnt let me. They said they would ask for the money again but still no money.

What can i do now. I am really fed up with this as it is nearly £70 and its mine.

Help please. I think they want me to give up but i am stubborn.

send them a letter asking for your refund within 5 working days or you will take legal advice.

Sale of Goods act, they were not fit for purpose you are entitled to your money back. Ring again and also put in writing if you can, might be good to talk to CAB as you can take them to small claims court.

About £30 odd quid for a small claim if memory serves. call your local court and find out.
You can recover your court costs as well.
