Why wont they give me my money?

My card co get a payment sent back of 87.00 you can see it on my balance but I cant touch it for 30 days .Could really do wit it this time of year why wont they let me have it grrrr

I already thought the obvious and did that first before posting it is just what they do apparently when a company sends the money back !

I just wanted to know if anyone knew anyway I could get them to put it back on my card faster
