This is Amazon.com, the USA Amazon I'm talking about. I sent 3 gift certificates to relatives in California at the same address; 2 have been received and the other hasn't. The spam filter has been checked. I have emailed Amazon twice in the last week about it; I have discovered that you can "re-send" and done that, but still no joy and no answer from Amazon to my complaint. What can I do next, short of telephoning America which would be too expensive?
