I have brought some goods from a cataloge, returned them but no money back from OCT!!!

I have brought some good from a mail order company back in AUgust. The jeans had a rip and were the wrong size so i returned them as requested, i also ordered a dvd that turned up some weeks later. This had no sound so i called up and told them and also to check where the money was. I gave them a cheque for about £60 which of course they cashed. I have called 3 times know to ask for my money back but all the say is that they have requested the money and to wait.

What can i do now? Am pretty fed up with this and want my money back.

keep calling....maybe even ask to speak to someone higher up and wait on the phone while they authorise the refund.

can you out them so we dont order from them??

The company is pabo. They actually have some nice clothes shame the quality was not good.

When i called they lady hung up on me.

Any ideas next?

have you got proof of your order and proof of return.. if so, then threaten legal action... small claims is not dear

if they have had your money since august, then they have had long enough to refund it
