Nurses live today was about leaving her nurse job again. Understandably it's damn hard and I feel for her. Thankfully she hasn't mentioned FL but said she's been offered jobs but wasn't interested as she's after a 'new business venture'.

I'm just hoping she's out of MLM, realised it for what it is and doesn't go for one of other ones.

I thought that nurse set up a MH related business (counselling or coaching?) earlier this year? Has she given up on that already? - given that she is looking for new ventures

I'm just worried that in two weeks time she has some 'exciting news' then ' I'm now partnered with an amazing company' followed by a launch of some other snake oil.

MLM isn't the answer. No MLM is ever going to make you a living. If you don't want to nurse then get a different job but don't join another MLM. Don't do it!!

Castle is going to do a Clean 9 from tomorrow, but she's got an event on day 7 at FL head office but it's ok, she'll just go the gym the next day.

Also despite having a full gym in her garage, she's joined a gym. WTF?

All the 'jobs' she was offered were 100% MLMs.

She could have an actual real business, with private clients, doing what she’s actually trained to do

The bot that Yawn met with today posted "If I get 50 comments I'll do another face mask prize draw" on her Facebook a couple of days ago.

No doubt Yawn has fired her up today and convinced her that she's not trying hard enough and given her some social media training guaranteed to give her success

She is and seem to spend a day on that but it's not enough to cover the NHS job. In her live she said 'I'm looking for a new business venture' as well.

The mindshit coach is on the fringes of MLM, she doesn’t have a “business “ but is involved in a real business (that’s a whole topic on its own and any discussion would be very outing ) but really just acted as a front woman for her DH. In rl she couldn’t manage herself out of a paper bag, so I’m not really sure what experience she has to offer other than self promotion and shopping tips. Like others have said it must be soul destroying for qualified experienced coaches .

@fromdownwest could I have a clue for hypnobot? She obviously read page one of her very short treatment manual; “The MLM Therapy Guide to Milking Others’ Distress”, where it states the first rule of confidentiality; there’s no point in learning any of these unregulated “treatments” if you can’t put your clients’ private stuff all over your social media to gain likes and quasi-guru status.

I’ve been doing a bit of research into therapists registered and accredited by the more bona fide professional bodies for psychological approaches, the ones who state very clearly their Ethical framework. I’m pretty unhappy to see a fair few BACP therapists doing a bit of Doterra/FLP/Arbonne/TSpa/Tropic on the side. It’s pretty clear that even selling a bit of product is dodgy and not putting the client at the centre or practising what is best for them, let alone convincing them of benefit to them from the products or the opportunity. I’ve seen one BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor (!) who is shilling Temple Spa and using the MIND logo and cause to increase her MLM reach and volumes by product sponsorship. Whether someone starts in MLM and crosses into counsellor or coach territory or starts off a counsellor and crosses into MLM it is damaging and unethical and the latter group should know that.

In other news Yawn has completed her Health & Safety nightmare by placing a circular trip hazard at the bottom of the stairs (which to be fair may absorb some impact when tripping over the carpet semi-circle at the top and landing at the bottom.

We all know H&S not top the list. Re the stairs. I have a friend who’s DH fell down stairs had brain injury & died. Also sending your DH up ladders not a good idea .Had a family member do that fell and broke hip.
