Other than some bored pen-pusher in India or Ireland, does anyone know how I can make a formal complaint to Barclaycard?

What is the complaint about? BTW if you write to themthey will ignore you, if you ring them they will not record anything on teh system. My current system of ignoring them is working brilliantly!
