Just got off the phone with a tc adviser, apparently they cannot process my summer childcare because it wasn't full 4 weeks. So the dates were from week starting 21st July to the end of the week ending 18th August. Apparently that’s 3 weeks and 6 days.
It seems they want to count days as in 1st full day is 22nd July?? so one day since 21st? It’s 4 weeks, 28 days to me but apparently it’s 27 days.
Can’t get my head round it, basically you need to book childcare for 5 weeks so the 4 weeks count? TIA.
