Reporting change on manage my tax credits

Has anyone done this and can tell me how it works?

I logged on Monday and reported a change because dh has recently changed jobs. I entered all the information and at the end it said thanks, this could take up to two weeks to process. All the payment information was zero and the new job information was on there.

When I log on now the job information on there is for his previous job and the payments are the previous scheduled payments that were on there from before I updated.

So has it gone wrong? Or will it be the old information until it's processed? It's just confused me and I don't know if it's glitches and I need to update again?

I'd call and check. I've always updated via the app but it doesn't show clearly that anything has been done. I would call through to check
