I submitted my tax credit renewal 14 weeks ago - I have chased it twice to no avail. I am hoping my payments increase as I over estimated last years income by £5,000.
Ive been keeping an eye on the app and today, finally, the renewal says it’s processed but the payment amounts haven’t changed at all? Has this happened to anyone else? Feel like it’s taken a lot longer than usual to process. Hoping I get a letter this week and payments change next week as it would be a massive help right now.
