I sent it, and then I started to write them every day, therefore, they would send me my money back. This garbage dump is called ruby fortune. Who had the same situation; can you advise what to do in this case? I just want to withdraw my thousand dollars, this is not a win, it is just nothing comparing to the amount that I lost with them ($15,000). Help!
