Can you make money from Instagram and YouTube accounts? Is it worth the effort so to say...? I'm a SAHP for now

Yes, it's possible, some people do, lots of people try but don't. Like any business, it all depends on how hard you're going to work at it, what your business idea is, how many and who are your competitors, etc. You need to do lots of research and fully understand everything to do with social media, SM advertising, etc.

I would day TikTok is the easiest and YouTube the hardest right now (that's very broad simplification of course). You need to treat it like a full time job to get traction and make headway.

Possible, but incredibly difficult. That market is just so saturated with people trying to do it. There's the mummy bloggers, the make-up ones, the wellness ones, the Only Fans types - everything basically, all vying for attention.

Do you currently have a large social media presence? I would imagine starting from scratch would be very, very difficult.

I would encourage you to try anything else (except MLMs!), as you could end up putting a huge amount of effect into this and getting nowhere.
